ACERFI Studio provides audiovisual production services: photography, videography, aerial shooting (drone), motion design, post-production, event capture and training.

• Each project is subject to a written quotation in advance, valid for 30 days.
• The order is binding upon signature of the quotation (or email validation) and payment of the deposit.
• Any substantial modification of the scope after signature will be the subject of a priced amendment.

• Prices are expressed in CFA francs, excluding tax where applicable.
• A 50% deposit upon signing, balance on delivery — unless special conditions indicated in the quotation.
• Payment by bank transfer, mobile money (Orange Money, MTN MoMo) or cash (on site).
• Any late payment may incur penalties at the applicable legal rate.

The deadlines stated in the quote are indicative. ACERFI Studio will make every effort to meet them, subject to the client's cooperation (validations, elements provided) and except in cases of force majeure.

• Provide a clear brief and all necessary elements (texts, logos, access to the premises, authorizations).
• Designate a single decision-making contact.
• Validate each step within the agreed deadlines.
• Ensure that they hold the necessary rights to the contents they provide.

Deliverables are provided in the formats specified in the quote, via a secure file-sharing platform or physical media. The client has 15 days to provide their feedback.

• ACERFI Studio retains the moral and intellectual property rights in the works produced.
• Exploitation rights (medium, duration, territory) are specified in the quote.
• ACERFI Studio reserves the right to use the projects produced for promotional purposes (portfolio, social networks, website) unless the client provides a written contrary request.

ACERFI Studio commits to preserving the confidentiality of information provided by the client. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) can be signed on request, prior to any discussion.

ACERFI Studio's liability is limited to the total amount invoiced for the relevant service. ACERFI Studio shall not be liable for indirect damages (loss of revenue, commercial harm).

• Cancellation by the client more than 15 days before the shoot: half of the deposit is refunded.
• Cancellation less than 15 days before: the deposit is kept in full.
• Cancellation less than 48 hours before: the full amount remains due.

No party shall be held liable for any breach caused by a force majeure event (natural disaster, epidemic, prolonged power outage, administrative decision).

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Cameroonian law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. If not, the competent courts of Yaoundé shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
