Four steps

What happens, in order.

The brief
Fifteen minutes, by video call or WhatsApp. What you want to show, to whom, for what use, and by when.
The proposal
Within 24 hours: set-up, crew, schedule, price line by line. What is not included is written down too.
The shoot
Written shooting plan, named crew, gear checked the day before. You see the first images the same day.
Delivery
Editing, grading, per-channel formats, two rounds of revisions included, source files handed over at the end.

A shot we cannot explain is a shot we do not film.
